A 48-year-old Fort Lee woman’s illegal drugs killed her 12-year-old daughter, authorities said. Frances Caso was jailed on various child endangerment and drug possession charges after onetime child model Trinity Caso Perez overdosed. Fort Lee police responding to a 3:34 p.m. call Saturday, May 25, found the lifeless child at Caso's Maple Street home, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said. Two women have been arrested in connection with the shooting of an 11-year-old boy struck by a stray bullet on Saturday night, May 25 in Atlantic City, police said. 4-Year-Old Boy Drowns In NJ Pool, Prosecutor Says
Police are investigating the drowning of a boy in a Central Jersey town over Memorial Day Weekend. The 4-year-old was found lifeless in a residential pool in North Brunswick around 7:45 p.m. Saturday, May 25, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and North Brunswick Police Chief Joseph Battaglia said. Speeding Pennsylvania Driver, 29, Charged Crash That Killed NJ Grandmother
A Pennsylvania man has been charged in connection with a fatal high-speed crash in South Jersey, authorities said. Theresa Karbach, 69, of Cherry Hill, died as a result of injuries from the crash in Lawnside on May 13 at about 9:30 p.m., according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay.
