The Norwalk Department of Public Works issued an alert regarding a road resurfacing project on East Avenue, from Route 1 to East Wall Street, which has been moved up to begin on the night of Thursday, Sept. 6.
The DPW said that work is expected to take place between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., through the conclusion of the project.
