FAIRFIELD COUNTY, CONN. -- Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton will have a private fundraiser for her presidential campaign in Roxbury this Friday, according to a report by ctpost.com
Clinton, who swept four of five state primaries in “Super Tuesday II,” will not have any rallies or public events during her Connecticut visit, the ctpost.com reported.
Former president Bill Clinton attended a fundraiser in Bridgeport in January.
Gov. Dannel Malloy and Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman, as well as Democratic Sens. Richard Blumenthal and Chris Murphy, and Congresswoman Elizabeth Etsy are expected to attend the pricey Litchfield County event, where tickets will cost $2,700 per person. The event is from 4-6 p.m.
