BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- The Bridgeport Police Department responded to a non-fatal shooting, in which two people were shot and one person suffered other injuries, early Saturday.
At 2:05 a.m., police officers responded to a call about a shooting incident in the area of William Street and Crescent Avenue, officials said. Upon arrival, officers found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds, and another victim who had suffered injuries to their head, officials said.
A 25-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the left foot, officials said. He was taken to Bridgeport Hospital, where he was in stable condition, officials said.
A 23-year-old woman suffered gunshot wounds to the back and leg, officials said. She also was taken to Bridgeport Hospital and was in stable condition, officials said.
A 26-year-old woman suffered an apparent non-weapon-induced injury to the head, officials said.
