BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — A teenager was in critical condition after he was shot in the neck Wednesday afternoon in Bridgeport, police said.
At 4:15 p.m., officers responded to reports of shots fired in the area of Trumbull Avenue and Terrace Circle, police said.
The victim, a 15-year-old black male, was transported to St. Vincent’s Medical Center in a private vehicle, police said.
The teen had suffered a single gunshot wound to the back of the neck, police said. He was listed in in critical but stable condition Wednesday evening, police said.
