Raymond Ortiz, 47, of Ruth Street, was charged Wednesday with two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and two counts of risk of injury to a minor and was held on $75,000 bond, the Post said.
Ortiz had sent the girls — ages 8 and 12 — a Facebook video of himself while masturbating, then approached them while they were attending a barbecue in Bridgeport in August, the Connecticut Post said.
Police said Ortiz exposed himself to the girls and touched them through their clothes, the Connecticut Post said.
