The incident occurred in Hartford County around 6 a.m. Tuesday, April 16, at 395 Broad St., in Bristol. According to Lt. Geoffrey Lund of the Bristol Police, Broad Street is closed between Emmett Street and Todd Street due to the ongoing investigation. This area is expected to be closed through the afternoon. Man Found Dead Floating In CT Lake Police are investigating after a man's body was found floating in a lake in Connecticut. The incident occurred in New Haven County around 11:15 a.m., Monday, April 15, at Lake Whitney in Hamden, near Hartford Turnpike and Rogers Road. According to Capt. Anthony Diaz of the Hamden Police officers responded to the scene and found the man, who was dead.
