BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Pablo "Pow" Garcia, 52, of Bridgeport passed away on Monday Aug. 10 in Waterbury.

Born on September 27th, 1962, he was predeceased by parents Maria Alicia and Felix Garcia; also by siblings Felix, Francisco and Chino Garcia.

A Bridgeport resident for many years, "POW" as many called him loved his music, dancing and always helping his family.

Pow, was an avid chess player and worked his whole life as a printer. He will be greatly missed. Survivors include his two sons Pablo Jr., David Garcia and grandson Damian Joell Garcia; sisters Minerva Solano, Carmen Mozisek and Solangel Medina; brothers Pedro, Geraldo and Miguel Garcia, his brother and sister-n-laws also many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 15 at the Community Funeral Chapel in Bridgeport. Share a treasured memory of "Pablo" at
