Flags Lowered To Half-Staff Across Connecticut To Honor Paris Victims
FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. — Connecticut Gov. Dannel P. Malloy announced Sunday that U.S. and state flags in Connecticut will fly at half-staff beginning immediately to honor the victims of the terror attacks in Paris.
Flags are flying at half-staff across Connecticut in honor of the victims of the Paris terror attacks.
