BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Want to take a break from cooking dinner and support local kids? The Junior League of Eastern Fairfield County is partnering with Bridgeport’s Taco Loco on Tuesday to support Junior League initiatives.
A portion of all the evening's profits, whether eat-in and takeout, will be donated to the Junior League to help fund its many initiatives.
Those include its Healthy Families, Healthy Futures programs, which aim to increase the physical and developmental health of young children by focusing on literacy, family connections, healthy eating and healthy lifestyles to help them succeed in school.
The fundraiser takes place throughout the day. Taco Loco, 3170 Fairfield Ave., is open from 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Tuesday. Just mention the Junior League fundraiser while you partake of the tacos, fajitas and more.
