The local favorite had to shut down its Main Street store in August after a fire destroyed the third-floor apartment located above the business.

In September, the business said on Facebook it was reopening in November in a new location in Fairfield and hated to leave their longtime home. But ultimately the damage from the fire created too much damage for them to reopen.

Instead, Sorrento's will be opening in a shopping plaza located at 1838 Black Rock Turnpike, a short drive from their old location. The new site is located between a Weight Watchers and an Anytime Fitness gym, according to their Facebook post.

An exact opening date hasn't been announced. Check out their website here.
