BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — A year into a new city administration, Karen DelVecchio, executive vice president of the Bridgeport Regional Business Council, has high hopes for Connecticut’s largest municipality.
“Bridgeport today is a pretty exciting place and I think one of the problems is a lot of people don’t realize that,” she said in an interview with Daily Voice. “There are amazing things going on in Bridgeport.”
DelVecchio pointed to the city’s eco-park, which includes an array of state-of-the-art sustainable businesses, and the amount of new residential space downtown.
