FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. — Forget what the groundhog said. Spring weather has moved into Fairfield County, and it's going to stick around for a few more days.
Temperatures are expected to reach the low 60s on Thursday, and high temperatures on Friday and Saturday are also expected to be near 60 degrees. The average high in Fairfield County during February is 40 degrees, while the average low is 28.
Scattered showers are forecast to move into the region on Thursday night. Drizzle and scattered showers are also predicted for Friday, and a steadier rain is expected for Saturday.
