In a recent interview with the Daily Voice at his campaign headquarters in Fairfield, Debicella reflected on growing up in Bridgeport and what government can do to restore economic viability to the city.

"We live in a country where a kid who grew up there, whose dad was a cop, can one day run for Congress. And I want that for the kids who are in Bridgeport now," Debicella said.
