Chelsea Clinton will be making a campaign appearance in Connecticut on behalf of her mom, Hillary Clinton, as the primary battle heats up in the Nutmeg State.
On Wednesday, April 20, Chelsea Clinton will hold an organizing event at Dunns River in Hartford for her mother's bid for the Democratic nomination to run for president.
"She will talk about how her mom is the best candidate to tackle the epidemic of gun violence in communities across America and to break down the barriers holding too many families back," the campaign said in a press release.
Chelsea Clinton will be joined by local leaders and will urge supporters and volunteers to get out the vote ahead of the Connecticut presidential primary on Tuesday, April 26.

Doors will open at 1 p.m. for the 1:45 p.m. event. Dunns River is located at 2996 Main St. in Hartford.
Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders and Rocky De La Fuente are candidates for the Democratic Party in the Connecticut primary.
The candidates for the Republican Party are Donald Trump, Ted Cruz and John Kasich.
The vote on April 26 is a closed primary, and voters must be a member of a political party to take part.
