The incident happened at around noon, the Connecticut Post reported. A man who was shot in the torso and a woman who was shot in the arm were both taken to Bridgeport Hospital, where they were treated for non-life-threatening injuries, according to the Connecticut Post.

Police told the Connecticut Post that they are looking for the man who opened fire and then fled on a scooter. It was not known later Monday afternoon what the man's motive was or if the two people hit were his intended targets, according to the Connecticut Post.
