One of the teens was arrested Wednesday morning at the school in Stamford he attends while the second was arrested that afternoon following a short foot pursuit by Bridgeport Police, said Stamford Police Lt. Thomas Barcello.
The two are accused of robbing a teenager at gunpoint around 11 p.m. on Stillwater Avenue. They were able to escape with a small amount of cash and an iPhone. Neither the weapon nor the iPhone have been recovered, Barcello said.
The teens are each charged with one count each of first-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.
They are being held at the Bridgeport Juvenile Detention Center.
Their names were not released due to their age.
