Three Men Arrested On Gun Charges In Bridgeport Following Police Chase

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Three men in a speeding car were arrested on gun charges following a police chase through city streets, according to the Connecticut Post.

Bruce Williams Jr., 26, of Mountain Grove Street, Charlie Rodriguez, 23, address unknown, and Adrian Pedroza-Zavale, 55, of West Haven were all charged Saturday, Nov. 21 with criminal possession of a firearm, carrying a pistol without a permit, weapons in a motor vehicle and tampering with evidence, said the Connecticut Post.

According to police, officers saw the men in an Infiniti sedan as it drove by them at a high rate of speed on Madison Avenue around 8 p.m., added the Connecticut Post.

The officers pursued the car to Sedgwick Street when one of the men threw a loaded handgun out of the car, hitting a woman walking with her child in the head, reported the Connecticut Post.

Williams was held in lieu of a $150,000 bond and the other two were released after posting $5,000 bonds.
