Suspect Wanted In Bridgeport Stabbing; Victim In Stable Condition

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- A 33-year-old man was stabbed in Bridgeport on Sunday night, and police are searching for a suspect, according to the Connecticut Post.

The stabbing took place at around 7:30 p.m. near the intersection of Brookfield Avenue and Barnum Avenue, the Connecticut Post reported. Officers arriving on the scene found the victim suffering from a stab wound, ad he was taken to the hospital, where he was in stable condition on Monday, according to the Connecticut Post.

Police were searching for a suspect in the stabbing, with the assistance of Stratford Police, according to the Connecticut Post. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, about 6 feet tall, wearing khaki pants and a black shirt, according to the Connecticut Post. He was believed to be driving a black Hyundai and armed with a knife, according to the Connecticut Post.
