STRATFORD, Conn. --- Stratford Police arrested a former Federal Express employee who allegedly stole cell phones that were headed for Yale University, according to CTPost.com.

Rudolph Bholanath, 22, was arrested after police watched surveillance video that showed Bholanath, a package handler, taking the cell phones out of the boxes. He then re-sealed the boxes.
