Rebecca "Red Head" Concepcion, of Wood Avenue in Bridgeport, is charged with two counts selling heroin and one count of selling cocaine. She is out on bond, the CT Post says.

Police said they got a tip in August that the woman was selling heroin laced with fentanyl, a narcotic pain reliever that can cause death in high doses or combined with other drugs. Officers arranged drug buys with her, and she warned one undercover officer to be careful, the CT Post reports.
