Luis Colon, along with his mother and two older brothers, had just moved from a YMCA shelter to an apartment on Wood Avenue the previous week, and from Puerto Rico to the mainland in July 2014.

The freshman at Warren Harding High who liked to listen to pop music was one of at least 10 people standing outside the barbershop when the shooter opened fire, the Post said. Michael Majors, 23, has been charged with murder.

A candlelight vigil is planned for 6 p.m. Monday outside the barbershop, the Post said.
