BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — A teenager from Bridgeport was busted with heroin in his car after he was stopped by a Milford officer for a moving violation, police said.
Elijah Vines,18, of 111 Park Terrace, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. Sunday after he was stopped at Bridgeport Avenue and Naugatuck Avenue, police said.
An investigation led to the discovery of the heroin and the arrest of Vines, police said. He was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.
Vine was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 10.
