Bridgeport Fight Between Two Women Leads To Arrests

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Two women fighting each other in the street outside a bar on Fairfield Avenue early Saturday had hundreds of people cheering them on when police arrived, according to the Connecticut Post.

Police said they responded to the Copper Fox Saloon around 1:30 a.m. to find two women, Miyoshi Beverly, 27, and Jasmine Moye, 25, pulling hair and punching each other with some 300 people watching and cheering, said the Connecticut Post.

Officers called in additional units to help clear the crowd before arresting the two women, reported the Connecticut Post. Beverly was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault and was released on $2,500 bail. Moye was charged with second-degree breach of peace and released on $1,500 bail, added the Connecticut Post.
