BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Robin Haas Boucher -- a Bridgeport resident, formerly a longtime Fairfield resident -- died on Sunday, Feb. 14. She was 62.
Boucher was the retired owner of Kennedy Studios art framing store, in Fairfield. "She was the creative master framer with a wonderful artistic sensibility and viewed the world with astuteness and humor," according to information from the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home.
She is survived by her husband Edward Boucher Jr. of Bridgeport; sister Patricia Stral of Bridgeport, brother Robert "Rick" Haas of New Britain; uncle Peter Dixon of Washington, D.C.; many nieces and nephews; her loving friend Leslie Gasper of Fairfield; father-in-law Edward Boucher Sr. and his companion Joan; brothers-in-law Stephen, Vincent, Matthew and Anthony Boucher; sister-in-law Anna Dorflinger; and her beloved pets, Dixon, Tommy and Peter.
Boucher was predeceased by her father, Richard Haas, mother Patricia Dixon Haas and sister Tracy Haas.
Visiting hours will be from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 17, at the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home, 1209 Post Rd., in Fairfield Center, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m.
