Lee was born in Bridgeport and was a Fairfield resident for over 15 years. She worked as a hostess for many years at the former Three Door Restaurant, and was a commissioner on the Fairfield Housing Authority board of commissioners.
She is survived by her children Michael J. Lee of Sabina, Ohio; Andrea Lee, of Bridgeport; Julia Whelan of Trumbull; Colletta (Anthony) Kaledas of Shelton; Siobhan (Ronald) Osborne of Milford; Lenora( Timothy) Bauro of Bridgeport; and Maureen (Walter) Topar of Fairfield; 16 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and 12 great great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by an infant son.
Friends are invited to attend her funeral Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. from the Larson Funeral Home, 2496 North Ave., Bridgeport, and at 11 a.m. at St. Margaret's Shrine in Bridgeport, for a mass of Christian burial. Interment will be in St. Rose Cemetery in Newtown. Friends may call Tuesday at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until time of service.
