Runaway Girl Found In Stolen Car In Bridgeport; Two Teens Arrested

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- A 15-year-old runaway from Danielson was found in a stolen car with two other teens in Bridgeport Monday, according to a report by the Connecticut Post.

Police say a 15-year-old Connecticut girl, who ran away from state custody in Massachusetts, was found safe in Bridgeport. Two other teens, who were in a stolen car with her, were charged with larceny.

The unidentified girl had been in the custody of Massachusetts authorities after being rescued from a sex trafficking ring, police told the Connecticut Post.

The car had been stolen in Rhode Island, the Connecticut Post report said.

The 19-year-old driver, Miasia Hill, and an 18-year-old passenger, Francis Lopes, were arrested and charged with third-degree larceny and were being held on $10,000 bail, the Connecticut Post story said.

The 15-year-old was returned to child authorities in Massachusetts.
