Lori Ledonne, 54, had pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter and sale of narcotics this summer, the Stamford Advocate reported. The charges stem from the Feb. 7 death of Kadeelyn Konstantino of Easton, who died in Ledonne's Isaac Street apartment, according to police.

Police investigation determined that Konstantino's death was caused by acute intoxication of heroin/fentanyl, and that Ledonne had supplied her with heroin on several occasions, according to police. Ledonne was arrested in May on the manslaughter charges.
