NEW HAVEN, Conn. — I-95 northbound was closed between Exits 44 and 46 on Tuesday morning because of an overturned tractor-trailer accident, the Connecticut Department of Transportation said.
Traffic is jammed on northbound I-95, which is closed between Exits 44 and 46.

The accident was reported at 3:20 a.m. It was not known how long it would take to clear the accident scene.
The highway was snowy and icy in the area of the overnight crash.
