FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Train riders heading into Manhattan or elsewhere on Monday should be aware that Metro-North train fares will be reduced and schedules shortened in observance of Presidents Day, which is a federal holiday.
Metro-North trains will run on a shortened schedule on Presidents Day Monday, Feb. 20.
