At 7:15 p.m. Sunday, Danny and Betty Falls were on their motorcycle "on their way home from a wonderful day at Port Jeff, N.Y.," said a GoFundMe campaign started by Kimmy Falls of Danbury.
"On the way home on their motorcycle, they were struck by a car head-on, leaving them with an abundance of severe injuries."

Their motorcycle was hit by a Hyundai Sonata that crossed the center line on Route 25 in Monroe, police said.
"They are currently fighting for their lives on life support at St. Vincent Medical Center in Bridgeport," the GoFundMe says. "They have received multiple surgeries and have 24/7 medical care in the ICU."
The fund seeks to help the couple pay for medical bills and other expenses.
"These two loving individuals need all the help they can get. We want to make sure they have everything taken care of financially so that they can strictly focus on getting better," the GoFundMe said.
As of Thursday afternoon, a total of $6,284 had been raised toward the $10,000 goal.
Police, who did not identify the two people critically injured in the accident, said the crash remained under investigation.
St. Vincent’s confirmed Thursday that both Dan and Betty Falls remained in critical condition, according to the News-Times. Dan Falls owns and operates F&D Excavating and Falls Fuels, both in Brookfield.
