BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — Students at Bullard Havens Technical High School in Bridgeport were placed in lockdown Wednesday morning after a man with a gun was reported in the area, the Connecticut Post reported.
A possible burglary with a gun-toting suspect was reported on nearby Pearl Harbor Street, police spokesman Michael Giannotti told the Post.
The school was locked down “for safety,’’ the Post said.
