BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- City workers cleaned a home Thursday after neighbors complained it was neglected and infested with raccoons, according to connecticut.news12.com.
Department of Public Facilities employees came to the Deforest Avenue house after receiving an emergency order from the city, the story said.
