BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — Mayor Joe Ganim and crew of workers made some needed repairs at the Trumbull Gardens housing complex, where the fences were in disrepair, according to a Facebook post from the mayor.
"In Bridgeport, when we see a problem, we fix it!" the Facebook post said. Over the weekend, a crew patched up the perimeter fence around Trumbull Gardens yet again "to keep out trespassers and drug dealers," the post said.
This is just a temporary repair. "We will come back and make a permanent fix so the residents of this neighborhood will be safer," the post said.
