BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo in Bridgeport will host its fourth annual "Brew at the Zoo" event on Sunday, Oct. 9, rain or shine.
Animal lovers and craft beer aficionados are invited to this event, which will include live entertainment, craft beers and a silent auction.
Delicious fare will be available for purchase from a variety of food trucks, offering something for everyone.
"Craft beer continues to grow in popularity, which makes this one of our most popular events," explained zoo director Gregg Dancho. "This is a perfect addition to your plans for the long holiday weekend!"
Tickets are $40 per person in advance, $50 per person at the door (if available), and may be purchased online at beardsleyzoo.org.
Tickets include zoo admission, a souvenir tasting glass and all beer samples.
The event will benefit Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo.
