Where once folks cringed at the thought of raw fish, now they crave it with Fairfield County diners putting spicy salmon rolls and yellowtail scallion high on their list of “must haves.”

We asked – and you answered – giving us five of your favorite sushi restaurants. Grab your chopsticks and read below; each eatery is being profiled this week with the winner announced at the end of the month.

Diners Like: Fans love the generous cuts of sushi, reasonable lunch specials, inventive rolls and the online ordering system. The restaurant is also very family friendly.
