STAMFORD, Conn. – It’s cocktail time!

So sit back and take a virtual sip. Daily Voice readers have picked five nominees in our ongoing DVlicious contest.

You have until 5 p.m. on Friday Oct. 23 to cast your vote for "Best Cocktails in Fairfield County." Go here .

But first, wet your whistle on the following. Each finalist is being profiled this week.

Cocktails Offered: Eight.

Most Fun Concoction: Prickly Pear made with prickly pear syrup, rosemary and Tito's vodka. The Clementine Basil and Mint Mojito ranks among the restaurant's most popular.

Shaken and Stirred: "We use simple recipes that are crafted to our clientele," said Owner Walter Cappelli. The Negroni, in fact, is made with Bulleit Bourborn, Carpano Antica sweet vermouth and is aged in a small barrel before being served.
