BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- The Bridgeport Public Library will be offering free tai chi classes at two library locations.
These classes are designed for all ages and all fitness levels. Just wear loose-fitting clothing and flat shoes.
Jonathan Davis, a.k.a. Brother Yah-ya, will lead the tai chi sessions. He's a certified Holistic Health counselor accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. He has been a devotee and instructor in the practice of tai chi for over 20 years.
Classes will be held at the Black Rock branch on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 8 p.m. and Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Call 203-576-7025 for more information.
