Bridgeport Library To Host Healthy Detox Lecture

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- As part of its Healthy Living Series, The Bridgeport Public Library will host a free lecture on detoxification in the community room at the main library on Thursday, April 7, from 6 to 7 p.m.

Topics that will be covered include an explanation of detoxification of the liver and colon and the key ingredients to feeling healthy.

Information on a 14-day starters' program will also be provided.
